I would like to say thank you to Charlie and the team for being so helpful and patient with my queries and the organisation of my shipment to Australia for my daughter. They are extremely pro-active and very polite. I have not done this before and Charlie made me feel confident that everything would be okay. Thank you for making a somewhat daunting task less stressful.

Friendly staff, pretty fast service...would recommend you make sure you wrap and extra double or treble bubble wrap any breakable belongings, all my photo frames and glass were broken and smashed up...but I was just happy that the photos were not damaged. I can replace frames but can't replace photos. I was happy with the service over all.
