I needed to send some things to my son in Switzerland. To start off I ordered the wrong size of box for the contents I needed to send-no problem-the company came and delivered the size I needed and took away my misjudged ones. The pick-up went perfectly as I was informed at every step. The delivery was more problematic in Zurich as difficult to know when there would’ve someone around to receive the goods. I believe delivery was attempted on several occasions. But eventually a mutually convenient time was arranged. Goods arrived in perfect order and my house is a bit less cluttered as a result! Can’t thank you guys enough.
