AZ flag USA

My order was shipped out with no tracking I never received it I reached out the customer service they have reissued my order but I still have not received it as of today

It’s been 4 weeks and still haven’t received it

I ordered my rebel flag 2 and a half or 3 months ago, And I still have not received my flag. I paid for it and they took my money, what steps can I take to get what I paid for?

I ordered a rebel flag from AZ flag company at least two months ago and I have not received it yet they took my money and said it was delivered I have no proof it was delivered nor have they responded to my request for why it has not been delivered. I am very unhappy.

Ordered back in December. Flags were to arrive January 19th and never arrived. Reordered and waiting for the estimated February 17th date to see if they actually arrive. Since they didn't deliver during the initial order, I have low expectations that I'll see the reorder in February. Very disappointed at this point.
