Asking me to review something that never arrived. Scam

Its been a whole month and I have not received the one flag I ordered in April. B. S. they saying its taking a month or more to ship from France lol. Wow. Im going to get my money back and end up canceling this order and go with another company. Plus there isn't even a tracking number for my flag. I emailed yesterday asking where my flag is. This morning I wake up and they want me to review the flag I haven't even received.
