The staffs were friendly. I like their cleaning products except the floor cleaning solution.

Ordering and receiving was good. I love the laundry pods cleaning & it's fresh smell after clothes are laundered. I love that the container is cardboard and not plastic. However the cost is not sustainable for most households.

Will the coupon replace my lost laundry detergent and lost spray cleaner due to broken bottles. I did not contact the company because it would just have been a pain in the neck. Cindy

Shipping takes quite longer than I would expect. other than that, i am satisfied!
