I love Artsy Couture. The customer service always rocks, orders are always perfect and high quality! My one dream request is that you offer album covers with non animal leather/products/glues as I am vegan and have vegan clients.

My family has ordered multiple metal framed photos from Artsy in the past which all were perfect. Unfortunately with the last order, there was one picture (4 copies for friends) that was not printed well. I called and left a message (it was after hours) to say I wasn't satisfied with the quality. Less than 2 hours later I had a personal e-mail response. Within 24 hours they were making new copies (and even allowed me to change the photo) and I received 4 perfect metal prints yesterday. Excellent Customer Service - with a real person- when something isn't just right goes a long way in today's businesses. I will certainly be using Artsy for all my future special prints.

I have placed many orders and been in contact with customer service with questions. Every time the employees are knowledgeable and professional. I continue to recommend them to clients and fellow photographers!

This came in pretty fast and it was perfect it was very well made and I love it! Got it hung up as soon as I could and I’m so happy with it! Definitely will be ordering more when I’m in need for more canvases!
