I had a crystal USB that broke when I put it in my computer. I emailed and had an answer either same day or next (and on a weekend no less!).

Would love for sales on canvases please!

I had a client receive a canvas that she wasn’t happy with. It just was not the same quality as other canvases she had received from Arty in the past. Customer service gave me several options for resolving the issue, and let me choose which option was best for me and my client. I will all stand by Artsy’s products and customer service!
