I love me some Artsy Couture! The quality and color are unsurpassed. However, my favorite aspect is the amazing customer service. Friendly, quick and helpful. I have had very few issues over the past two years of using them as my primary lab. When I did need a correction it was resolved swiftly and professionally. I judge my vendors more by how they react when something is wrong, than by when they are doing everything perfect!
