I made my order and contacted them about my delivery date. They were super quick to response back and being reasonable about how long it would take. I enjoyed making my own cubes and adding a personalize touch. The 4x4 cubes I brought are huge and looks great to put around the house as decor. The only thing I wish I knew beforehand was if you turn the cube up from the side that is open to place flowers, the photos get upside down as well. Overall, great service: quick to solve customer service issues, good quality, and amazing decor. It's a win! :)
