I received one of the My Town puzzles as a gift a few years ago. Even though I’m not usually into jigsaw puzzles, I really enjoyed putting it together. It was interesting and fun to find familiar streets (and discover unfamiliar ones). The quality of the pieces is good. A picture/guide is provided to assist in assembly. And, AnyDate does a fantastic job of responding to questions. Sometimes I get an email reply within hours. Since then, I’ve ordered several for gifts and they’re always well received. I highly recommend the product and this company.

We have contacted Amex to dispute the fact that you did not notify us that you did not have the leather case. We found out by opening the box. a piece of paper said you ran out of the leather case. Not acceptable.
