Everything is great. Our new kitchen is way behind schedule, so even though we've had the table for several weeks, we only just unwrapped it and put it in the dining area. But so far, so good! Customer service has been terrific.

Surprisingly came in without a hitch. Love the service and communication throughout the process. The wood feels and looks amazing. Very light scuffs here due to the shipping process but still looks new.

I love my new chairs. I love that your website allows for so much specialization, I got to choose three different styles and three different types of wood plus different stain options. My table has three different types of wood so the chairs go perfectly. The chairs are comfortable and sturdy. Our last set of chairs were wobbly and so uncomfortable after about 6 months. The chairs will be heirlooms to pass down to my kids. The delivery service was excellent, took great care with my pieces AND were polite. I was also impressed with the email communication at the beginning. For some reason the later emails ended up in my junk folder so I got a little surprise when they finally were on their way. No fault of the company.
