Too soft.

These are very expensive, I’ve gotten them before and felt it was worth it. But these 2 I got recently were under filled. I had to go to a fabric store to get more filling.

Bought so I could take filling out and for smaller dimensions. That was good, but pretty lumpy and seems to hold in heat more than others I've tried.

Great quality, love the overall attitude of the family business. I am super picky about my pillows, Unfortunately this pillow did not work. It's just not firm enough. The interior is too squishy no matter how full. It also sleeps super HOT. The cotten cover is nice but it retains body heat like crazy even with a percale case. Not crazy about stuffing being recycled plastic either,even if it's been cleaned. Oh well.

It somehow put my order on dormant (the order was not processing) after I sent an email stating the 10% summer discount had not been put in my order summary, but after I sent the email to them,they saw the error & let me know right away & started processing my order
