The only issue with my order is the lack of tracking information on the system. when I didn't get any notification whether or not it had shipped, was in process, etc.... had to log in to chat with one of your customer service to find out it was still processing. never really got any notice that it had shipped.

I looked at several air filter sites. It got confusing. Too many. I was about to order exactly what I wanted when I had a "Chat" with their rep. Seems it was the wrong size! Helpful. I ordered 3 of the Merv 15 which 'may' catch some of the covid virus...not certified yet, but we feel better.
