Since the filters I ordered were taking longer to arrive than usual, I called Customer Service and Cheryl Eubanks was very helpful and promised to find out a delivery date. She followed up shortly thereafter with an email advising delivery date. Cheryl is exactly the kind of person one needs in Customer Service.
