Nothing was wrong with the product I needed to return. I completely ordered the wrong HVAC air filters. I had forgotten the air filter compartment was refitted for a track -slide in, soft accordion style filter. You could not offer me what I needed. The help I received & understanding/accepting the return was done with pleasant customer service.
