Called about a replacement part. Only reason giving 4 stars was that I had to leave a message and get a call back. Answered my question and gave me the direction I needed.

I recently ordered a custom range hood and could not be more pleased with the craftsmanship. The hood is beautifully made - fabricated as designed, high quality material, and expertly welded seams. Customer service maintained excellent communication throughout the process. Installation was fairly easy for our contractor, but preparing for installation was a bit trickier. This was his first time working with a CopperSmith hood design, and install guides did not always provide the level of detail he needed. He was in direct contact with the company who helped to the extent possible. It’s only because of the install that I did not give a full 5-stars, but the hood is definitely a full 5-star quality!

This was our first experience with Coppersmith and it went very well. your design and sales team were very helpful, easy to tack delivery to the job site and installation was smooth.

I believe the product is superior but the service was not. I have had to work with 3 different people because the prior person was no longer available. This has delayed the process.

Our new kitchen hood is beautiful high quality and very well made. However when it was shipped it was wrapped in plastic that caused the brass strips to tarnish and discolor in areas. I asked what could be done and a standard list of cleaning and polishing was sent to me. I was also told this sometimes happens during shipping. A new way to wrap it should be done so this can’t happen. I was concerned with doing anything to the brass, because it would void the warranty, so I decided to do nothing. This is why I gave it four stars and not five.
