Custom copper sinks are expensive and I had high expectations for customer service. All questions were answered thoroughly and timely. Updates on shipping logistics went smoothly. It was packed nicely and arrived in great condition. It has exactly the detail and uniqueness that I was hoping.

The table arrived weeks ahead of what I expected. The shipping box relieved all worries of possible damage in transit. Once unpacked I was actually stunned by the finished product. The overall craftsmanship is excellent. The corner wraps are exquisite and in fact are virtually invisible. My compliments to the artisans who constructed it. On the customer service side of the things the process is simple and efficient. In my case, I had looked into purchasing a table top a year ago but decided that the cost was an issue. I feel that is a step above and beyond on his part. He sent samples and answered all my questions and concerns in a timely and thorough manner. Product came quickly and looks very nice. Caution on the 5mL, it dents very easily. Used material to inlay on an exhaust hood.
