Wisteria Pink Bloom Wallpaper - Late / Wrong Delivery
Hi There,
Last month we made 2 x Wallpaper Orders for the Pink Bloom Wisteria print.
On checking out through our trade account it didn’t ask me to pay for postage, so I assumed it was a part of the overall price. My client calls me and says that she received a post office note saying she had to go and collect it which was a little frustrating as she had to move her plans around.
Then we ordered another batch of the same wallpaper, as their decorator said he needed more. We ordered it the same day with express postage so it arrived in time for when the decoration was next booked in but not only did it arrive late (so the client ended up cancelling the decorator and had to push it back a few days), but it arrived with 1 empty box attached to a box with 1 roll. So then another roll had to be sent out in replacement of the empty box.
We were quite disappointed with this situation, as was the client - but the wallpaper looks lovely!
