Woodbury went out of their way delivering to us in time, thank you. They also had good service and general phone-manner. I would rate higher (indeed I’d buy another bench) but boy it was so hard to fit the screws in the tiny pre-drilled holes. We spent a lot more time and effort than we expected. Beautiful finished product!

i thought the website said assembled but had to do it my self. Not a big problem and bench look great, more so after painting with teak oil.

The product was fine. What I object to is seeing a Black Friday ad for the product I bought, claiming it was 40% off. It wasn't discounted. The price was the same as I paid and I had ordered well before Black Friday. This conduct is illegal.

The furniture we received was of poor quality. The timber started to crack and split within the first weeks. One chair was replaced and it was of a different colour and appeared to be of a better quality than the original. The other chair still has some cracks and is very pale but it has not been replaced.

We bought these chairs as OUTDOOR FURNITURE… the wood on the arm has rotted and the chair fills with water. . if I could get a refund and return, I’d love that.
