Great customer service. Especially from Janine!

I bought two classic folding chairs and the picnic table for my small balcony a couple of seasons ago. They have held up really well and I am impressed by the timber!

The products were exactly as described, very good quality and delivery was timely

I love the look of the chairs we bought but after 2-4 years the glue always comes unstuck and we have to replace them which gets expensive and is such a waste of the old chairs. It would be great if they were screwed together. We keep buying them though as we do like them a lot. Customer service is great and they are always quick to respond and replace the chairs.

The product was fine. What I object to is seeing a Black Friday ad for the product I bought, claiming it was 40% off. It wasn't discounted. The price was the same as I paid and I had ordered well before Black Friday. This conduct is illegal.
