My kids absolutely love the slide. The only down fall on this is the building instructions. The screws and bolts are labeled however, there would be more than 1 a and all were different sizes so I never knew the proper one to use on which equipment. Also the boards were not labels so you are going strictly by picture. This whole product would have gotten a better rating if everything on the box was labeled. Also the Instructions would say for instance "1 b bolt needed" so you set aside that 1 b bold then you start going through the steps to put it together and there are 9 different spots to put the b bolt. So in reality you need 9 bolts not 1 like the front said you needed.

Our toddler absolutely loves the wooden playground and uses it every day. It’s a great way for him to build strength, independence, and to expend his boundless energy when we can’t go to the park. It was fairly simple to complete and put together. My main feedback is that it doesn’t feel sturdy at all, always creaks when it’s being used, and the wood bends too. It doesn’t give the sense that it’s quality wood which is a shame since it was $900+. I wish the wood pieces were thicker, and that the slide side rails were a little higher. It’s fine for him now while he’s little, but I worry if it will hold him when he gets an older. We are hoping to be able to use it for a few years at least.

The directions were very difficult to follow

The website says product can take 5-9 business days to produce (I think) and ". . . on average your order is ready to ship in a week. " However, I ordered it on Nov. 25th and got notified this morning, Dec. 30th, that it was shipped. This was a Christmas gift for my kids. I couldn't cancel the order yet also couldn't be given a day to expect the product even though I ordered it a month in advance. I'd better communicate timelines, especially during the holidays. At this point, the big day has past and I have to explain how it didn't get here from Santa, etc.

Shipping came from two different companies. The playgym came within two days which was great but it came from a shipping carrier that I wasn't expecting. The cushion came almost two weeks later.
