Shipping confirmations, updates and notifications were timely. It would be nice if the US location has an inventory of the equipment.

My 2-1/2 year old grandbaby gave her gym a "thumbs up" and a "wow" review when she received it. Over the weeks, she has increased her confidence in climbing the rope ladder and the steps. She enjoys her slide and swings and hangs from the rods! The assembly instructions were helpful but we were missing a couple of rods. The replacement order was promptly fulfilled.

I bought this originally for my 1 year old to play on and grow with- when we got it he was only interested in using it as a rocker. After our 5 year old started climbing on it, though, our younger one started too! They both love to climb, and when we set up the tent they play peek-a-boo 😊 It's honestly so sweet because our five year old doesn't normally like to play with the baby but he does with the arch.

Wonderful climbing set!
