Absolutely fantastic service! I ordered a rain showerhead system and it arrived in two days. The main showerhead was damaged and they sent me a replacement right away. Highly recommend! It’s rare to find this level of customer service nowadays. I can’t wait to install the new showerhead system.

I prefer to have a sales rep assigned to my account and instead of a free gift you should have picked up the expedited shipping. I'm a designe builder and not hopefully a one time client. I purchased these shower systems for my own house. We are roughing them in now and I'm impressed with the solid valves and finish.
