Only two stars because I

Only two stars because I had a customer service who refunded me $200 (out of my nearly $3,000 purchase) for recompense over broken pieces in our boxes. Otherwise would have been one star due to absolute garbage quality of their products.

A month to ship- warehouse

A month to ship- warehouse doesn’t seem to count to 12 correctly. There are procedures that can be put into place that would make have the correct amount of pegs and screws without counting errors. When it takes that long to arrive and is short on materials, management should authorize overnight delivery for remaining pegs. This is customer satisfaction 101

I don’t recommend it -

I don’t recommend it - it’s a scam. I received a defective unit that didn’t cool from the very first day. Wine Racks America sent me to the manufacturer, and they voided the warranty, claiming the unit was installed incorrectly. But we installed this unit in the exact same spot where the previous one (from another brand) worked for more than 5 years - and that older unit had even lower stated capacity. We are experts in home appliances, and we plan to film a video about this situation and share it on social media.

I regret to share my

I regret to share my experience with the InstaCellar 9 Column Double wine rack. Despite its premium price point, the product arrived with subpar craftsmanship and structural flaws that rendered it unusable. The woodwork was uneven, the assembly imprecise, and the overall system was alarmingly unstable. Over time, it became clear that the rack could not securely support my collection. For a system marketed as professional-grade wine storage, the construction was shockingly inadequate. After investing nearly $8,000, I was left with no choice but to dispose of the entire unit due to its instability and poor build quality. Wine storage demands both precision and reliability — qualities that this system failed to deliver. For collectors considering InstaCellar, I would strongly caution against this product. The combination of high cost and deficient construction makes it a regrettable investment.
