Wine Racks America

I purchased wine racks to hold over 500 bottles of wine. Assembly was easy but both shipments didn't contain the correct number of screws promised in the directions. We had to buy them from a local hardware store to complete assembly. Not the end of the world but an inconvenience none the less. I noticed they used an inspector but the quality control seems to be less than what it should. Otherwise they look great and seem to be performing well!

Item shipped without screws or dowel pins. Customer service very friendly and promptly mailed me the required parts. Still, I had to drill some 4 additional holes for the dowels myself. QC needs a little work.
