Slight delay on the rack shipping due to mahogany back order, but Rose was great, and rushed it once the stuff did get in. And was able to ship me a spare piece that broke upon assembly

I purchased wine racks to hold over 500 bottles of wine. Assembly was easy but both shipments didn't contain the correct number of screws promised in the directions. We had to buy them from a local hardware store to complete assembly. Not the end of the world but an inconvenience none the less. I noticed they used an inspector but the quality control seems to be less than what it should. Otherwise they look great and seem to be performing well!
