I received my 8K AC that had a warped grill cover. Although it didn't affect the great performance of the unit I decided to checked with CS about a resolution. Without hesitation a replacement was offered without charging for the grill or shipment. GREAT !!! BTW the 8K unit is great also!

Lois was very helpful in getting the replacement intake grille mailed out to me.
