Customer service is excellent

This company has been very responsive! They are quick to fulfill orders. I was expecting a 5 to 7 business day shipping and I got my new AC and fan within 3 days. It was even delivered on a Sunday without paying any extra! The app is great and super easy to use. I love that I can alter the temperature and settings all from my phone. Makes coming home on a hot day a lot easier knowing my home will be cool and I didn't have to leave the ACs on all day!

I’ve had many window air conditioners over the years in my older home. However the Windmill AC is by far the best designed, just beautiful. Furthermore the easy installation and quiet operation make it stand above all the other air conditioners I’ve tried. Well done Windmill!
