Love weezie!!

I purchased this robe after wearing my UGG robe throughout college until it was completely worn out. Buying my Weezie robe was a splurge gift to myself, and I was so excited! As soon as I got my hands on it, I noticed that FedEx had sliced the package with a box cutter, snagging a small section of the robe. I emailed Weezie shortly after discovering the damage, and less than 30 minutes later (all after business hours, by the way), I had a response resolving my issue. At a time when so many retailers make problems like this the customer’s responsibility to sort out, I was incredibly impressed by Weezie’s customer service. I’ll be coming to Weezie for all of my towels, home goods, and gifts from here on out.
