I'm giving this company a solid medium for the return service. I ordered 10 tablecloths and once they were delivered I opened one package to get a full view of the colors and how it would coordinate with my other decor- the colors were not good and I immediately reached out to the customer service dept. I was able to return all 10 however, I was charged for 1 opened package and thus I should have kept the tablecloth since I was charged for it. I think that policy needs to be replaced or better explained.
