Shipping was very lengthy on mailbox, post was much quicker. As mentioned before, tried to negotiate a small refund, but they were not open to the suggestion. It was worth trying anyhow

the ordering experience was good
the ordering experience was good however there was a glitch in the ordering process whereby when my order delivery appeared to be delayed and upon checking on status of order the system requested I reprocess the order payment since they had a new payment processing system. This caused a redundant order to occur and therefore I ended up paying for and receiving two mailboxes/two orders. After communicating with their service department, they addressed the issue and are currently in process of returning the mailbox and and once recieved will refund the second order. However, they will only refund the mailbox and post but not the custom address plaque. This I feel is unfair since it was not fault for the foul up in their ordering system. I will use plaques and place elsewhere on my house so no great loss there. I will say that their service department and response to the issue was very good and satisfactory.

I like everything about the mailbox except for the top knob. I wanted it plain on the top, but got the knob. I did not see it quickly enough to stop the installer from putting it on
