Difficulty submitting order

I received quick responses from customer service when I discovered that the mailbox I received was damaged and the screws were missing to attach it to the post. They contacted Imperial Mailbox who sent a new box with all the parts we needed. I am disappointed that the picture on the website has a different transition piece than the one I received and the way it is attached but I fault Imperial Mailbox( the manufacturer) and not Budget Mailboxes.

Everything went well, except some problems with delivery service. We advised XPO Logistics that we are on a rural gravel road which does not allow semi-tractor trailers. They said that a box truck could deliver the mailbox. On the day of delivery when the driver called, he said he was in a semi-tractor trailer. We met him at a grocery store parking lot to off load the mailbox. Driver also said he could not wait for us to inspect the mailbox, as was per your instructions, and he left. Was glad there were not any damages to the mailbox.

Delivered on-time. No delay.

The only problem I had was with the website ordering—- it was very slow which led to me starting again and inadvertently ordering the item twice. This was quickly corrected by a representative on the phone.
