good customer service but very bad shipping from the warehouse/inventor that sends it out.

The purchase was good, the material is excellent. The only problem I have is that I wasn't informed from the beginning that I had to pay fees for shipping the merchandise by boat, which was very expensive, and the color wasn't the same as the one I chose, but it was similar.
