Weatherman Umbrella - PROD

No one replies to requests for help with a return. I even ordered and received a second umbrella in the correct color, but still want to return the one with the wrong color.

My order from November has not arrived yet.

Horrible customer service. I bought an umbrella 4 weeks ago and the tip broke the very first day I was using it (which I can somewhat accept), but I haven't heard ANYTHING from customer service for over 3 weeks since I submitted a warranty claim (and for over a week when I submitted a second claim . . . ridiculous!! I guess it's easy to have a "Lifetime Guarantee" if you ignore all the warranty claims!! HORRIBLE customer service.

Customer service is appalling. No number to call. Sent me a customer service review before resolving my issue.
