The advertised Military Discount is not available for some reason, and the replacement promo code I was given for 10% off cancels the free shipping, not because it lowered the cost below the minimum, but because they aren’t allowing both. All this does is make me not want to shop there. I don’t think it’s a good plan.

Gave 3 stars as the order was placed on 9/29 and I have yet to receive an email on shipment. So I have no idea when to expect the order to arrive. I ordered this for a golf trip I have on Sunday with the expectation I would have the umbrella prior to leaving.

Don't charge more for less...

POOR: I TRIED 3 TIMES TO USE THE "2DAY" Free SHIPPING TO SAVE $15 & IT FAILED 4 STRAIGHT TIMES!! Joven in Customer Service Told Me How To Do IT, BUT THAT DID NOT WORK EITHER!! LOST MY "FREE" $15!!
