Everything was perfect

I ordered a Way 12 volt, 3.3 cu. ft. unit for my travel trailer. It arrive damaged by a fork lift or some other device, i.e. the door was actually punctured in one area and had 3 other dent/gouges. I called Way, and they sent me a replacement unit without any hassles. It arrived a few days later. Yay!!
