Did not receive what I ordered. Have contacted via email multiple times with no response to initiate return.

First unit stopped working in a year and now the replacement doesn’t work right out of the box. How do I get a refund?

Fireplace arrived damaged, and after back and forth with the company the last communication was that it was on backorder. We will not be ordering from this company again, and do not recommend their customer service as it is very sub par.

Got a different product from shown, got another product on the website that was half the price, but they are making me pay to return it for their mistake. Awesome.

Website misleading. Shipping charges were approx 1 1/2 times cost of product.
