I asked for a refund, saying that I was returning the material and they have not given me a solution, the customer service is not as good as it seems

Customer service is absolutely awful. I need a replacement panel for my wallpaper and customer service doesn’t wanna help. Send the correct one, of course I’ll pay for it. However they keep just telling me go ahead and click these numbers and order it. But I need a specific panel.

Wrong paper sent. Purchased peel and stick Contacted customer service several times and several methods. No response.
