We have not opened this particular one, but we have bought 3 other for dorm and work beds and love them.

I have been sleeping on my Viscosoft memory foam with fiber topper for about a week and so far it has been very for comfortable. My bed was uncomfortablely firm before using the Viscosoft topper. Now, a week into it, my bed feels much better.

Needed a mattress topper to make a saggy mattress more comfy for my parents (who announced a last minute trip!). Viscosoft delivered a topper FAST, and while I followed instructions to let it air out for 24 hours, it didn't smell at all. Feels both cushy and supportive at the same time; I'm jealous I don't get it sleep on it (as it's on the guest bedroom bed)!
