I have been having back issues for years. Injuries and age, the two don't play nice with each other. Since buying this topper, I am really surprised at how I can now sleep through the night . No rolling side to side! I employ only two pillows now. One under my head and one for my shoulder. I wake up feeling rested which is a great feeling. The pain comes back but, it takes longer each morning. I am hoping this will improve over time with usage. Delivery was fast, really fast. Opened it up and gave it 48 hrs to reshape. The instructions said to give it time to reshape and off gas but I never really noticed and VOC smells. Highly recommend this product. (I got the 4 inch version).
