Overall the experience was good…the shipping took longer than expected. I would recommend putting some expectations on when the shipment will arrive or expected to arrive.

I think the right thing to do would have been to refund us the cost of the replacement parts.

Terrible. Did not honor advertised prices. Did not ship entire order. Would not take returns despite having a 30 day return policy.

If there were an option to NEGATIVE stars, that will be my experience with this company, VEVANO.
