I had previously purchased Verve products from a different source, but then discovered I could order direct from Verve....what a fantastic experience. i had a slight problem w my order (NOT due to Verve) and the customer service rep I spoke w corrected the problem immediately, even tho it was not their fault. Due to the quality of their products--I just ordered my 4th Large juicer as a gift--and the excellent customer service, Verve is on my list of 'Go To's' for any shopping-gift or personal. I am a loyal fan!!
