Beautiful piece of work, arrived quickly and perfect

I ordered 4 sets of the olivewood aperitivo bowls. Of the 16 bowls, 2 were flawed/damaged. Customer Service responded promptly, professionally and fairly in dealing with the issue sending 2 replacement bowls within just a couple of days. THANK YOU!

I got a lemon/lime juicer and a 3 pack of hot sauce. All of it is pretty great. The juicer in particular is really solid, made of cast aluminum; It's just very good I think. Another thing about the packaging for the sauces; They have designed it so it is really easy to recycle. The plastic window is just floating inside and comes right out leaving only cardboard/paper. I really, really love this touch. There was also a colorful Mexican cloth/towel included which is really cool.

Promptly received order. Glasses are lovely.
