Please refund me as you promised

The tap did not look like the photos with gold and black. But has a clear transparent tube showing the metal braiding. It effectively looks like gold and chrome. Its button is different. It is the same as the one sold at Victoria plumbing which shows it with the braiding and button at £449 (true photos). I am waiting for them to refund and there is no response at all from customer services. This is a scam site - selling overpriced generic models.

Delivered on time but very disappointed by the product would return if I hadn’t disposed of the box it came in.

Appalling customer service. would not recommend and will not be using again.
