Collar supplied was not long enough to enable tap to be fitted securely. I feel that the longer collar should be supplied as standard or it should be clearly stated that the supplied collar may not be suitable for all worktops.

Shipping experience good

Order went smoothly, but didn’t need to contact customer service for anything so can’t comment on that.

I will review after I’ve had this in stalled
