What a great company! The tap I purchased last year is fabulous and lives up to all expectations. I had ordered 3 new filters for the tap but was, unfortunately, let down by a thief within the DPD courier company, who had cut open the package and stolen 2 of them. Ahmed took ownership of the situation and is sending out replacements, prior to it being sorted out by DPD. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
