Normally I do not write reviews, but I had to share my experience for anyone who might be contemplating whether to buy it or not. So, this is my 4th bed that I have purchased from Vego. There were some parts missing, but customer service made it right. Big shout out to Vanessa who helped me get all the missing items. She was very professional and knows her job. If you haven't already, give the woman a raise. . . . you have a fabulous employee there Vego Garden!!! Now, back to raised beds. Quality is great and I have no regrets of buying them. Are there similar beds that are cheaper? Yes. Are they the same quality? Probably not. Some might say they are overpriced, but you do get what you pay for. And here is the reason why I say this. On 9/3/2026, we were hit by a severe thunderstorm. Power went out for 4 days, heavy rain, wind up to 80 mph, lightning and thunder every 5 seconds. It looked like a scene from a horror movie. I was sure that beds and the bed frames, along with the mesh covers, will be destroyed. I prepared myself mentally to losing all my vegetables and herbs in the beds. The next day, just like after any other storm, the Sun was shining, sky was clear and birds were chirping as if nothing has happened. After initial cleanup of all the debris that was sitting around as a reminder of Mother Nature's power, I went to see the damage in my garden. And I almost cried. . . . . tears of joy!! All my beds were intact, bed frames stood proudly and not a single thread was loose on the mesh cover. Nothing was bent at all!! I did not lose a single plant in the beds. . . . they were all there as if the wind and rain could not touch them at all. Maybe I just got lucky, but I do believe that quality of everything that I have purchased also played a significant role. And because of this, and a wonderful customer service, I will probably buy more beds and other accessories from Vego to create my perfect oasis of plants and bees, and a buzzing hub for ladybugs and other garden life.
