The customer service is excellent. Unfortunately, USPS had lost my order. However, VasePearlFection was willing to work with me and got a replacement order to me swiftly and timely as my order was for an upcoming event. The client loved the pearls as it matched her Great Gatsby theme. I will be purchasing more soon
