I ordered three Peruvian cactuses sized 2.5, 2, and 1.5 foot. Upon receiving the package, I was disappointed to see it was not properly packaged for shipping. This particular cactus has needles and all three cactuses were shipped touching together, therefore, each cactuses needles not only rubbed on each other, but one of the cactuses was broken in half. Due to the damages the plants sustained during shipping, I immediately contacted the customer service email letting them know how bad they were damaged. To my amazement, they replaced the two most damage cactuses and allowed me to keep the other two cactuses, versus returning them. I did receive the two new cactuses and they arrived undamaged and much better than the first round. When you spend a lot of money on plants, you do expect them to come undamaged, but this company was able to turn my frown upside down by replacing the damaged items. Due to this, I will continue to use this company in the future. Thank you again for the great customer service!
