i was pretty disappointed in my experience with the company's customer service. Our couch was delivered a week later than we were originally quoted. The day that it finally did come, it came 4 hours late and within that time frame no update was given. I've contacted them about our pillows fraying and have no received a response. Personally not worth the money i spent
