MNL Valyōu Furniture

The customer service is TERRIBLE. I ordered the piece 2 months early, expecting I’d be able to get it on time. I ended up getting it a week late, for no other reason than ValYou did not do their due diligence to ship it on time. Once I got the piece of furniture it was delivered with a wrong piece. It took 2 weeks to finally get the new piece. The fact that I cannot call the 800 number and speak with a human is baffling. They make you speak to them over text and then a 5 minute conversation takes over an hour. In order to speak with them it takes up to 48 hours to get a call back. And you never know when they’re going to call you back - of course, it’s at an inconvenient time where you can’t answer. Then you have to wait another 48 hours. If you’re ordering something insignificant this is the service I’d expect; but for a several thousand dollar piece of furniture, this is not ok. Needless to say, I will NOT be returning to ValYou.

Terrible service, never buying again

You were two weeks late with delivery. Did not refund my shipping costs and this couch does not look good in person.

Slowest shipping times product nothubg like picture and horrible customer service all ina all worse company i ever delt with gave me problems to return i canceled before they even shipped never again the worse company anyone will ever see online . I wish it was a person i would pop bottles u herd big bro .
